Here is a logical formulation of the matter. A question will follow.

The 3 subsets with 2 elements: (ab) (bc) (ac) symbolizes the 3 bearers of the association -named anticolor- of 2 charges of colour. There is like this an orange antiquark: (rouge+jaune), a violet: (rouge+bleu) and a green: ( jaune+bleu ).
The subset with 3 elements: (a, b, c), symbolizes the electron, the bearer of the association of the 3 charges of colour that the consequence is the white. It does not fail confounds it with the proton, of formula ( (a)(b)(c) ) and not (a, b, c), that does not carry 3 charges of colour, but 3 quarks.
The subset without element, the neutrino, is represented by the obstructed circle Ø that, in mathematics, symbolizes the empty set. The neutrino do not carry therefore of charge of colour, it is colourless.
